Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials, and on a level, stable surface.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts, and packaging materials from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50Hz, AC outlet with appropriate amperage. Ensure power is disconnected during installation.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved fittings and check for leaks with soap solution. Only for gas models.
- Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure adequate room ventilation as per local building codes.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Run: Run the oven through initial setup and test heating functions to check for proper operation.
