Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and with easy access to electrical outlet.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the microwave oven.
- Check Clearance Requirements: Ensure minimum clearance of 3 inches on top, 2 inches on sides, and 1 inch at the back for proper ventilation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit. Do not use an extension cord.
- Level the Microwave: If countertop installation, ensure surface is level. If wall mounting, use level to ensure proper alignment.
- Test Operation: Run the microwave for 1 minute with a cup of water to check for proper operation and heating.
- Safety Check: Verify door closes properly and seals completely before first use.
