Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from water sources and heat-sensitive materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the cooking appliance.
  3. Connect Gas/Electric Supply: For gas models, connect to proper gas line with approved fittings. For electric models, connect to dedicated circuit.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded outlet. Gas models still require electrical connection for controls and ignition.
  6. Level the Appliance: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the cooking appliance is perfectly level for even cooking.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run the appliance at high temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
