Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical connection.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts and packaging materials from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz, 30A circuit. Must be installed by a qualified electrician.
- Ventilation Check: Ensure proper ventilation space around the oven - minimum 5cm clearance on all sides.
- Mounting: Secure the oven in the cabinet cutout using the provided mounting brackets.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 250°C for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
