Dual Convection System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Wire strippers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical connection.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, shipping bolts and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 50Hz, 30A circuit. Must be installed by a qualified electrician.
  4. Ventilation Check: Ensure proper ventilation space around the oven - minimum 5cm clearance on all sides.
  5. Mounting: Secure the oven in the cabinet cutout using the provided mounting brackets.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 250°C for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
