Gas Range Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas leak detection solution
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the gas range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all threaded connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detection solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Burner won't ignite Gas supply off, clogged burner ports, faulty igniter Check gas supply, clean burner ports, ensure igniter clicks
Uneven flame Clogged burner ports, improper air mixture Clean burner thoroughly, adjust air shutter if accessible
