5 Burner Cooktop

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from flammable materials and with adequate clearance from overhead cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all protective films, packaging materials, and shipping supports from the gas stove.
  3. Connect Gas Supply: Connect the gas supply line to the stove's gas inlet using an approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, tighten connections and retest.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet for ignition system and controls.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stove is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper ignition and flame characteristics.
