Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical/gas connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50Hz outlet for electric models. Ensure circuit breaker matches oven requirements.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant and check for leaks with soap solution.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation space around oven - minimum 2 inches clearance on sides, 1 inch at back.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
