Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical/gas connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50Hz outlet for electric models. Ensure circuit breaker matches oven requirements.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant and check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation space around oven - minimum 2 inches clearance on sides, 1 inch at back.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Gas connections require certified professional installation to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
