Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and with easy access to electrical outlet.
- Check Clearances: Ensure minimum clearances are maintained: 3 inches top, 2 inches sides, and 1 inch rear for proper ventilation.
- Remove Packaging: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the microwave oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit. Do not use extension cords.
- Mounting Options: Install mounting bracket for over-the-range models or place on countertop for countertop models.
- Level the Unit: Adjust leveling feet or mounting brackets to ensure the microwave is perfectly level.
- Test Operation: Run the microwave for 1 minute with a cup of water to verify proper operation.
