Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the oven interior and exterior.
- Electrical/Gas Connection: For electric models: Connect to proper voltage circuit (220-240V). For gas models: Connect to gas supply line with proper fittings and check for leaks.
- Ventilation Setup: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Secure Installation: Secure the oven to adjacent cabinetry as required to prevent tipping.
- Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at maximum temperature for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
