Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Electrical/Gas Connection: For electric models: Connect to proper voltage circuit (220-240V). For gas models: Connect to gas supply line with proper fittings and check for leaks.
  4. Ventilation Setup: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Secure Installation: Secure the oven to adjacent cabinetry as required to prevent tipping.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at maximum temperature for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Oven won't heat Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, gas supply off Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, ensure gas valve is open
