Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
  2. Remove Packaging: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Apply leak detection solution to check for leaks.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to proper electrical supply (240V for electric models, 120V for gas models). Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure existing ventilation meets local codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Perform initial test run to verify all burners, oven functions, and safety features work properly.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause fire, explosion, or carbon monoxide poisoning.

Troubleshooting
