Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance as specified in the manual.
- Remove Packaging: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Apply leak detection solution to check for leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to proper electrical supply (240V for electric models, 120V for gas models). Ensure proper grounding.
- Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure existing ventilation meets local codes.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Perform initial test run to verify all burners, oven functions, and safety features work properly.
