Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas leak detector solution (for gas models)
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with detector solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to appropriate power supply (240V for electric, 120V for gas ignition systems).
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure adequate room ventilation as per local codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
