Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with detector solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to appropriate power supply (240V for electric, 120V for gas ignition systems).
- Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood or ensure adequate room ventilation as per local codes.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at maximum temperature for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
