Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and shipping materials from the oven interior and exterior.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz circuit for electric models. Follow local electrical codes.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation and baking results.
  7. Initial Burn-in: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.

Troubleshooting
