Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Electrical tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas/electric connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant and check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V outlet for electric models or 120V for gas ignition systems.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install anti-tip bracket to wall or floor as specified in instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Position Range: Slide range into position, ensuring it's level and properly aligned with cabinets.
  7. Final Checks: Verify all connections are secure, install knobs/controls, and perform initial test of all burners and oven functions.
Warning: Gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can create fire and carbon monoxide hazards.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Burner won't ignite Gas supply off, clogged burner ports, faulty igniter Check gas valve, clean burner heads, ensure proper spark

Error Codes

  • F9: Clock display error - Reset control panel
