Key Features
Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning
Samsung's advanced pyrolytic cleaning system heats the oven to 500°C, turning food residues to ash that can be easily wiped away, eliminating the need for harsh chemical cleaners.
Triple Distribution Heating
Three heating elements (top, bottom, and rear) work together to ensure even heat distribution throughout the oven cavity, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results.
Smart Control System
Intuitive touch controls with LED display provide precise temperature and timer settings, along with multiple cooking modes for optimal results with different types of food.
Eco-Friendly Operation
Energy-efficient design with excellent insulation reduces heat loss and minimizes energy consumption during both cooking and cleaning cycles.
Safety Lock System
Automatic door lock during pyrolytic cleaning cycle prevents accidental opening when oven is at extremely high temperatures, ensuring user safety.
Cool-Touch Door
Triple-pane glass door with cool-touch technology keeps the exterior surface safe to touch even during high-temperature cooking, protecting children and pets.
Cooking Modes Explained
Conventional Bake
Traditional heating from bottom element for standard baking needs
Convection Bake
Circulated hot air for faster, more even cooking with multiple racks

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Oven won't heat | Power issue, control lock activated, faulty heating element | Check power supply, ensure control lock is off, contact service if element faulty |
| Uneven cooking | Incorrect rack position, overcrowding, faulty temperature sensor | Use correct rack position, avoid overcrowding, calibrate temperature if needed |
| Self-clean won't start | Door not properly closed, control lock engaged, overloaded oven | Ensure door is fully latched, check control settings, remove excess debris |
| Error code displayed | System malfunction, sensor failure, electrical issue | Note error code, turn off power for 5 minutes, restart oven |
| Door won't open after cleaning | Door still locked, temperature too high, mechanical issue | Wait for cool-down period to complete, do not force door open |
| Display not working | Power interruption, control panel issue, loose connection | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, contact service if persistent |
