Built-In Electric Oven

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Drill with bits
  • Wire strippers
  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Prepare Cabinet Opening: Ensure cabinet opening meets required dimensions (typically 24" width x 24" height) and is properly reinforced.
  2. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  3. Remove Oven Door: Carefully remove oven door by opening fully and lifting from hinge slots to facilitate installation.
  4. Position Oven: Slide oven into cabinet opening, ensuring it's centered and level.
  5. Secure Mounting: Secure oven to cabinet using provided mounting screws through side mounting brackets.
  6. Reattach Door: Carefully reattach oven door by aligning hinge slots and lowering into place.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including heating elements, convection fan, and control panel.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can create electrical and fire hazards.
