Most Common Error Codes & Fault Indicators

• C-20 / C-21: Oven temperature sensor fault – Check sensor wiring; replace sensor if needed.
• C-30 / C-31: Door lock error (self-clean or steam clean) – Check door lock motor; manually unlock if stuck.
• C-d0: Touchpad/keypad stuck or shorted – Clean control panel; replace touchpad if persists.
• C-F2: Communication error between main and sub PCB – Check wiring harness; may need control board replacement.
• C-10 / C-11: Overheating detected – Clean oven vents; check cooling fan.
• -SE- / SE: Touchpad short error – Unplug 5 minutes; clean panel; replace keypad.

Common Problems & Fixes (All Models)

• Oven not heating: Check bake/broil elements or igniter (gas); test for continuity.
• Oven temperature inaccurate: Run temperature calibration (±30°F); replace sensor if faulty.
• Self-clean/steam clean not starting: Door must be fully closed; oven must cool down first.
• Surface burner not igniting (gas): Clean burner ports and electrodes; check spark module.
• Air Fry not crisping: Use Air Fry tray; preheat fully; do not overcrowd.
• Wi-Fi/SmartThings not connecting: Ensure 2.4GHz network; reset network settings.

Wall Oven & Smart Models Specific

• Flex Duo™ divider issue: Ensure divider is fully inserted; clean contacts.
• Convection fan noisy: Check for obstructions; normal during operation.

Maintenance Tips

• Run Steam Clean regularly for light soils; use Self Clean for heavy buildup.
• Clean spillovers immediately to prevent baking on.
• Check and clean oven vents and cooling fan area.

Safety note: Always turn off power at breaker before servicing. Never use oven if door glass is cracked. Do not block vents.
